This webpage is where you can go for the most current information regarding our upcoming System Upgrade.

Direct deposits dated April 1st or 2nd that we receive early will be posted to your account on Friday, March 29th anytime between 8 am and 5 pm. This is not a guarantee that your deposit will be here early, as we never know in advance if this will occur.
Any electronic withdrawal (insurance, mortgage, utility payments, etc.) dated April 1st or 2nd that we receive early will be posted to your account on Friday, March 29th. If that withdrawal causes you to overdraw your account, the NSF fee will be reversed.
Any check deposits made via Mobile Deposit on our app after 1:30 pm CST on Friday, March 29th will be posted to your account on Tuesday, April 2nd.
If you are planning to travel during the System Upgrade or are anticipating needing a larger sum of cash, please make the necessary withdrawal by Friday, March 29th. After 5 pm on Friday, debit card limits will be $200 cash and $500 point of sale (merchants). This will reset every 24 hours, so you will have these limits each day on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
These services will NOT be available from noon on Saturday, March 30th until Tuesday, April 2nd at 9 am.
We are in the process of updating account number structure for direct deposits, payroll, direct withdrawals, etc. Employers may contact you to verify changes in account number structure, which will now be your base account number.
BEFORE FRIDAY, MARCH 29TH - Old eStatements will no longer be in Virtual Branch Online Banking after March 29th. If you choose to keep them for your records, please download to your computer or print them. (We also will have your statement records here at the credit union.)

BEFORE FRIDAY, MARCH 29TH - History/transactions will no longer be accessible in Virtual Branch or the mobile app after 5 pm Friday, March 29th. If you choose to keep them for your records, download your transaction history. History will not transfer to the new system—only new transactions beginning on Tuesday, April 2nd. (We also will retain records at the credit union.)

Why would ‘nicknaming’ your account in Virtual Branch be helpful to you?
Once our system upgrade is completed, your account nicknames from Virtual Branch will carry over to our new system giving us the ability to reference your chosen nicknames. It will make identifying your account suffixes very easy!
(note: share and loan suffixes will change from a letter to numbers, letter or combination of both, but your base account number will NOT change)

There will be no eStatements available for March. The credit union will be mailing paper statements for ALL ACCOUNTS for the month/quarter ending March 31, 2019.
Debit cards will be available during the upgrade to give you access to withdraw cash and make purchases. However, some limitations may apply
