An ATM card can be used to withdraw cash and check your balance at ATM, but cannot be used for purchases. Debit cards have the same functions as an ATM card but can be used for purchases with the funds deducted from your checking account.
International transactions are blocked by default on debit cards to protect members from fraudulent charges. So, if you are planning to travel internationally or use your debit card online for a merchant located outside the United States, we will have to know BEFORE you travel or make your purchase. The easiest way to keep us informed is to utilize card controls within the mobile app. Or you can call us at 1-800-924-1250.
If your debit card is lost or stolen please call us at 1-800-924-1250 to report
it missing. Or you can call our 24/7 number at 800-554-8969.
